Unfortunately, the everchanging political situation in Prague, legislature lacking transparency, speculations of the residents, all these factors influencing an already critical state of the residential market has not allowed for the construction to launch at a planned time.
The results in the territorial proceedings were negative and the management moved from the city council to the municipal council, then back to the city council, the local development commission and the architectural council, and thus all over the place. There were those who did not believe in the development and our positive outlook and have "stood in our way"
During the procedures with the construction permits in 2012, after more than three years of fighting, I decided to go to Germany and take part in projects in Bavaria. It was not an easy decision. I had to start from the very beginning. But it was a successful year, during the territorial and subsequent construction process, we have realized several residential projects in Germany by 2016 and have drawn even more inspiration and experience
In the year 2012 It was a beginning of a new era for the Preco Group s.r.o. company, a partnership with HELIKA Obermeyer a.s., a Czech architectural company, located in Prague with a mother group based in Munich Bavaria. Additionally, the company's technical team with many years of experience in construction and extensive references has been reinforced thanks to other active projects in Prague.
In year 2014 we have managed to make progress in the construction permit process. The light at the end of the tunnel has yet to have emerged, when we received an appeal form the resident initiative group. I had to resolve this in the quickest possible time and with the sinking levels of trust from the investors of the Mélange Residence project. Luckily, I was able to retain a team of investors and fall of the year 2016 has brought us the lawful construction permit. This was exactly 7 years from the land acquisition. This is not a short story, is it?
